Virgin Atlantic Flight Cancellation Policy Overview

- Rebook: At no extra cost.
- You can request a refund for the unused portion of your tickets.
- We will issue it as a Travel Voucher, which you can use to purchase any future Virgin Atlantic flights.
Compensation for Canceled Flights
Compensation is contingent on the duration and delay that the aircraft travels. In the case of long-haul flights (over three hundred kilometers):
- PS260 In the event that the next flight is arriving more than four hours over time.
- PS520 This flight will land 4 hours after the scheduled arrival of the first flight.
